How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is placed, tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship (usually within 2-5 business days). When your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.

Do You Deliver Internationally?
Yes we do indeed! However you are responsible for any tax or duty charges that may occur, but mostly you don't have to pay excluding large order as we use air express deliver to most countries, if you need any invoice or files for custom duty clearance, please contact us via email CustomerCare@GlowMeUp.Store
Do You Offer Refunds?
Of course we do, we believe in and are passionate about every single one of our products. If you are not satisfied with a product for any particular reason, simply return the item unused and in original packaging to receive a full refund exc delivery charge.
